Gusto ko lang po pakituruan nga ninyo ang mga taga singil ninyo lalo na kapag tumatawag sa mga contact reference ng umutang na huwag maging rude. I just received a call from your agent informing me about my sister's loan however that female agent ay sobrang bastos at sumisigaw sa kausap sa phone. Nananahimik ako dito sa bahay tapos makakareceive lang ako ng tawag sa isa sa mga empleyado ninyo na napakabastos at walang phone etiquette. Siguro naman hindi lang ako ang naka experience ng ganito kaya please lang gawan ninyo ng aksyon ang mga ganyang workers.
